HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The FP&A Trainee role will provide support to the FP&A Richemont Italy team to ensure data and financial reporting is accurate for all key stakeholders. Also, she/he will provide support during the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of ad hoc analyses and supporting material. The role will be involved in the monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.

 

  • Provide support to FP&A team within the forecasting/budgeting process

  • Assist in maintaining and developing reporting tools to drive financial targets and allow the team to rely on data resources for the explanation of performance

  • Support the business cycle plan, budget and forecasts. Analyse performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans if necessary

  • Work in conjunction with the Reporting teams to ensure proper P&L/BS management during the closing period

  • Support FP&A team on monthly activities relating to data validation/creation to support the business

  • Provide variance analysis vs plan and forecast on monthly/quarterly basis, monitor trends and propose action/corrective plans to drive targets achievement

  • Execute consistent and ad/hoc analysis with accurate and timely financial information critical to business leader's decision making process

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Excellent modelling skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, Knowledge of VBA/Power BI is considered a plus)

  • Strong attention to details and Analytical background

  • Ability to multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities

  • Able to effectively work as a team member with a good level of proactivity

  • Solid understanding of accounting

  • Strong verbal and written English
