Richemont is looking for a Technology Procurement Intern to support our Technology Procurement team.
As a member of the team from the Group Procurement department, you report to the Head of Technology Procurement and the Sourcing IT Manager. You will support Group Technology teams to optimize and execute sourcing strategies for IT categories, such as hardware, software and professional services, that deliver best value in terms of quality, service and total cost of ownership.
This position is a 6-months fixed-term contract, starting on February 2025.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In Close Relationship With Our Group Technology Department, Maisons And Regions, You Will Ensure The Successful Implementation Of Our Procurement Policies and Strategies.
Contribute to Global Category Management:
- Support category intelligence management (category analysis, spend and risks analysis, best practices), so to implement the categories strategies across the perimeter
- Support management of preferred suppliers list
- Propose value creation initiatives such as rationalization opportunities.
- Contribute to enhance category performance reporting.
Support stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities :
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and advise them in sourcing strategies
- Contribute actively to the definition of requirements and perform procurement actions in accordance with Group policies
- Support the Technology Procurement:
- Negotiate the best conditions TCO wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA,…)
- Provide procurement support for the duration of technology projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP), manage contract renewals.
- Ensure compliance with the negotiated terms.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
- You can communicate clearly and act as a team player to create the right dynamic to achieve the defined objectives and deliver the best value.
- You are curious, structured and have excellent analytical skills.
- You are fluent in both English and French.
- You are competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are available for a 6-month internship with starting date from February 2025.
- You have an internship agreement with your school/university.
- You are ideally on your fourth or fifth year of your master’s degree majoring in Procurement.
