Program Manager - Logistic

MAIN PURPOSE
The Candidate will be under IT and manage several SAP projects. Which are under the scope of the Product Area Domain Logistic (within IT) as a Program Manager.
He/she will lead the building of the project roadmap for the logistic area, the scoping of projects, define and monitor project plans (time and budget), cutover plans, organize regular status meetings concerning projects and manage cutover execution, address issues, and contribute to their resolution.
He/she will be part of the Project Management Office and contribute together with his colleagues in developing the existing project methodology further.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the SAP implementation program at Richemont as Program Manager

- Creates and executes project work plans applying Competence centre methodology and tools (SSM)
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Prepares for regular project status meeting
- Identifies and communicates risks
- Ensures project documents are complete and updated
- Manages projects with the objective of respect of deadlines and budget
Project execution

- As part of the project identifies gaps, and monitors the creation and execution of enhancement and rollout requests
- Re-enforce template approach and contributes to a balanced approach weighing template interests and business interests.
- Organizes the timely setup and Testing of Authorizations in line with the Group Guidelines
- Organizes the Preparation of required Data and corresponding Migration
- Plans and Organizes Test Sessions covering the Project Requirements as well as the validation in terms of Non regression
- Defines the Cutover Strategy, defines a Cutover Plan and organizes its execution and tracking
- Ensures the completion of all Deliverables according to the OPS&BF department Methodology. This explicitly includes our Documentation.
- Acts as a facilitator between the Product Area Domain Logistic teams and Business Partners, e.g. Group Logistic, other Products etc.
- Contribute to main project decisions regarding key processes by challenging business requirements and organizing meetings with decision-makers.
- Ensure communication of project progression and key decisions to business and IT teams.
- Ensure consistent integration between different OPS&BF Products with the support from Head Of / Product Area Manager (PAM)
- Ensure Quality Management actions including manual and auto tests for the project scope
- Organizes regular Status Meetings
- Establishes regular Project Reports and monitors Project Budget
- Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully to partners
- Identifies Change Management actions and monitor their execution by the Business
- Timely Escalation of Blocking Project Points to the Management
- Accompanies the project after go-live and addresses remaining issues
- Organizes Project Closing and ensures completion of all required deliverables
PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOB
- Education
Business School / University degree / or 4 years of working experience as a SAP/IT project manager
- Areas of competencies
Hands on SAP skills, preferably in Logistics and/or SCE area, e.g. SAP modules EWM, WM, LE, PTP and OTC
Experience in leading as a Project Manager with min. 2 or more SAP projects. Candidates with a hands-on experience implementation in mid-sized organizations and/or projects will be preferred (no pure administrators).

Integration knowledge is required.
- Professional experience
Minimum 6-year successful experience in SAP project implementation as Project Manager and/or PMO.
- Mandatory Languages
English and French
- Required aptitude and qualities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
Favours teamwork and trustful relationships with other project team members.
Ability to work independently, but to understand whenever communication to his peers or superiors in the Product Area Domain or business organization is required.
Willingness to travel, expected up to 40%
