CONTEXT 

 

Our B2B pillar is an integral part of our Group Technology team. You will be joining a dynamic and agile team responsible for the complete refactoring of the B2B landscape. Based on Salesforce with a worldwide, multi-cloud, cross-Maisons scope, we are looking into scaling up our internal capabilities in order to support our major strategic Luxury New Retail program. 

Reporting to the B2B Product Area Manager, the Program Manager will lead and manage programs with the purpose of creating Customer Centric services. Therefore, you will be in charge of supporting the Product Owners, the Scrum team and Maisons in products road maps definition, including dependencies management between systems, teams and other projects. You will ensure execution of roll out plans, by means of coordination, planning workload and costs estimating, as well as monitoring and program management. 

You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones and at different management levels. You will coordinate project stakeholders and especially work closely with the Technology teams to ensure a proper tracking of all dependencies, risks, constraints, using the methodology and processes in place at Richemont. 

You will liaise directly with Maisons and Business teams and grant adherence with the B2B Products and overall implementation framework. The Program Manager position will act as a single point of contact for the Business for any topics related to the program. 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

 

  • You will be the trustable “right arm” of the Product Area Manager. responsible for the success of the full products life cycle. 

           Your main accountabilities & deliverables: 

  • Monitor the progress of all Products within the program and ensure they are on track, otherwise lead the definition of an action plan with the Product Owners and the technology team lead. 

  • Support and contribute to the products delivery roadmap in response to the business requirements, supported by Product Owner and Technology Team Lead 

  • Define the program scope main streams, schedule, and release plans 

  • Manage and resolve dependencies/impediments between all Products within the program 

  • Drives delivery excellence & continuous improvement, acting as guardian of the agile practices 

  • Work with Product Owners to define the resources capacity plan and source accordingly 

  • Implement the governance and operational model of the program based on common practices 

  • Establishes and facilitates cross-product governance in line with PMO guardrails 

  • Collaborate with your peers from other Product Groups or Shared Services through your transversal or vertical role to deliver the program and create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches. 

  • Ensure efficient and smooth information and communication flow within the team as well as a thorough integration of external team members (on-site and remote ones) 

  • Report regularly the program progress to the Management and escalate issues when relevant and propose solutions to solve complex issues and escalations 

  • Act as the escalation point for our Maisons and Group colleagues for all topics related to the program 

  • Manage the teams in your scope, assign responsibilities and motivate team members 

  • Evaluate Products outputs and assess results (such as Retrospective, lesson learned 

  • Apply and promote processes defined within the Department /Pillar/Group/Team and make sure they are well understood 

  • Adjust, augment, and suggest improvement to existing processes within the Department 

  • Identify improvements of existing processes in order to gain efficiency, productivity and overall satisfaction 

  • Guarantee and ensure a proper and a high level of operational excellence, release management, continuous improvement and support to our customers. 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US? 

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or in a relevant field or experience in agile product management 

  • Relevant business and technical knowledge for the Initiative / Program. 

  • For Programs: industry recognized certification for program management. E.g. PMI. 

  • For Initiatives: industry-recognized certification, including but not limited to: SAFe, LESS or equivalent Certifications and experience in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. 

  • Salesforce.com Certifications such as B2B Commerce Cloud, Community, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud are a plus. 

           Demonstrated experience in leadership, team mentoring and product management 

  • You have international experience, with the ability to adapt to a diverse environment. 

  • You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) English, French preferred
