CONTEX

Our B2B pillar is an integral part of our Group Technology team. You will be joining a dynamic and agile team responsible for the complete refactoring of the B2B landscape. Based on Salesforce with a worldwide, multi-cloud, cross-Maisons scope, we are looking into scaling up our internal capabilities in order to support our major strategic New Retail program.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • You will be directly in charge of taking best design and analysis choices that fundamentally impact the services provided to our Maisons, Retailers and end clients.
  • Your vision and advises will help navigate the best way to respond to the business needs according to the Salesforce best practices and the platform strategies.
  • You will be monitor, discover and experiment new solutions and technology to solve business and technical needs.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

  • Collaborate with other analysts and project contributors to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches.
    • Be involved during all project phases: strategy definition, process design, blue print, technical design, implementation, testing and configuration.
  • Solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions related to the Salesforce B2B and community platform while driving for innovative solutions and articulate pros/cons of customization.
    • Develop and maintain direct client contact across business and IT in order to define, analyse, test and validate requirements and deliverables.
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers and the development teams, steering the experience definition and functionality implementation.
  • Consult with the business and Product Owner to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritisation around business value.
  • Be responsible for providing user stories and coaching to define the business driven acceptance criteria and test cases.
  • You will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide new B2B journey for some of the most prestigious Maisons in the world.

  • Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective
  • Enforce and develop collaborative partnerships with Maisons’ Business representatives, vendors and other teams to achieve project objectives.
  • You have relevant education :Graduated in an Engineering School, Master’s degree in digital/web technology, Computer Science , Business/management  or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Certification in one or more Agile methods and relevant business analysis methods, or Significant SAFe / Agile experience, or an equivalent combination.
    • Salesforce.com Certifications such as B2B Commerce Cloud, Community, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
    • Self-starter: ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
    • Serving leadership, achieving success with and through others.
    • Experience in omnichannel-related use cases and retail industry a plus.
    • International experience, with the ability to adapt to a diverse environment.
    • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
