Finance Solution Architect

CONTEXT

As part of the Richemont Group Technology Product Domain “Finance Management & Planning”, Richemont is looking for a talented and highly motivated Finance Solution Architect to support design and architecture for Finance solutions globally within the group to focus on architectural setup of Finance core functions, Financial consolidation, Management reporting and consolidation.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As Finance Solution Architect, you are involved in scoping, designing, costing, and planning a range of Finance solutions and projects, translating and aligning business needs; you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including finance professionals, other IT teams, and business leaders.

With your functional expertise, guidance and presentation skills on Finance solutions, often SAP-centric, and by integration with many other functional teams, you will:

• Lead, review, challenge, validate the implementation and integration of the technical architecture in the Finance Management & Planning product area based on business strategy, business requirements
• Manage & develop the architecture for the products and deliver the architectural design for products, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution
• Ensure that architecture principles, and defined Enterprise Architecture guardrails, best practices about scalability, reliability, and security in the developed solutions are adhered
• Understand global IT strategy and business needs to define high level architectures.
• Develop integration processes and interface requirements
• Ensure third-party products fit in the organization ecosystem
• Analyze complex issues and propose solutions to solve them within the Finance Management & Planning product.
• Warrant compliance and security of the Finance product and solutions delivered and maintain a roadmap for required changes.
• Align with the Product Owner(s) to adequately prioritize technical features required for future functional features as well as current and future technical platform stability, security and compliance.

DIMENSIONS

• 10 years’ experience in projects/products management, including multinational and innovative environment, in the operational finance or consulting area.
• B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
• In-depth knowledge of finance processes, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Technical and/or Functional Experience and/or deep understanding of:
  • SAP Financial solutions (FI, CO) and integration to other SAP modules and products, like MM, SD, PP, CS, BW, Retail
  • Process Integration technologies (API, interfaces)
  • Financial Consolidation solutions
  • Financial Planning solutions, like Anaplan
  • Treasury tools, like FIS Integrity
  • Travel Expense solutions, like SAP Concur
  • S/4 implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering business value
• Negotiation and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
