Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce Solution Architect to help supporting the delivery of Client engagement solutions and applications to its Maisons.

The Solution Architect will be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons.

You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones. While working closely with the technical leads of each Products interacting on the platform, you will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels of management.

As a Solution Architect, you will be accountable for the translation of business, technical and architectural requirements into a solution blueprint to achieve business objectives. You will help the Product teams performing the necessary analysis and design tasks related to the development of products as per architecture guardrails provided by Group Enterprise Architecture. You will provide coaching to technical teams and ensure a proper management of the technical dependencies to maintain consistency across the platform.

You will be directly in charge of taking design and implementation choices that fundamentally impact the technology roadmap of our Products. In this context, you will interact with all Products operating on the Engage Platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) but also with the extended technical landscape of the Group.

With your vision and advises, you will integrate the broader transformation of our enterprise architecture. You will have the ability to monitor, discover and experiment new solutions and technology to solve business and technical needs.

Your main accountabilities & deliverables:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of the Salesforce technical architecture in Product teams based on business strategy, business requirements and along the defined Enterprise Architecture guardrails
  • Ensure architecture principles are adhered and supports during solution definition
  • Work with Product’s technical leads to manage & develop the architecture for the Products and deliver the architectural design, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution
  • Recommend and provide target architecture, architectural strategy as well as vision and processes, within the guidelines specified by the Enterprise Architect
  • Participate to the technology stack selection based on the given requirements and limitations



  • B.Sc. or MSc  in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 8-10+ years’ experience in technology delivery
  • Proven experience in design and implementation of Salesforce programs
  • Salesforce certification(s) are mandatory for this position
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (all levels)
  • Management of stakeholders in a project or matrix organisation
  • Fluent English required
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable
