In line with the Richemont BOS (Building Offices Services) strategy and objectives, the Head Of BOS is responsible for the management and the coordination of all BOS topics across Germany, Austria & Czech Republic.

The job holder reports hierarchically to the local CFO and functionally to the Regional BOS Team and will closely work with Group Real Estate team too.

The Head of BOS plays an important role in implementing the strategy defined, ensures buildings operational efficiency, act as a pivotal and central coordinator to the tenancy.

He/she provides technical support and expertise, operations guidance and space-planning recommendations.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Team management (30 %)

  • Structure and manage the BOS team with the relevant expertise;
  • Review and anticipate in the budget the FTE’s needs for the team;
  • Guide, Support and advice the local BOS Team to achieve targets defined

 

Operational Management for Offices & Boutiques (30 %)

  • Leading strategic projects or structural issues  
  • Carry on BOS projects decided by Group Real Estate, Richemont Europe or by local Management.
  • Be an ambassador for the Workplace Group guideline and accountable for the implementation
  • Set up and enhance the hospitality in the Richemont sites across RNE. Bring support to create memorable experience for employee, visitors and partners following a service excellence in all our offices, customer services and logistic platforms.

Create standard operating procedures following Group guidelines

Put in place a relevant site communication and signage

  • Coordinate and lead the implementation of new tools (Service Now, WorkinSync…)
  • Sponsoring the integration of the boutique maintenance via an IFM solution.

 

 

Digital Workplace (10 %)

  • Desk and room booking tool: support an agile and hybrid flexible workplace ;
  • Ticketing and planned maintenance (Service Now): pursue the implement a digital way to communicate and escalate facilities related topics as well as the automation of the planned maintenance in offices and boutiques.
  • Monitoring spaces to ensure operations and Group service level

 

 

CSR Environment (10 %)

  • Enforce Group’s environmental policy
  • In charge of the annual reporting (building related)
  • Implement environmental initiatives linked to the buildings (energy monitoring, waste management concept, environmental building certifications…)

 

Data, Budget and optimisation topics (20 %)

  • Budget preparation, 5Y plans
  • Reporting (Building Occupancy – Environmental labels, energy consumption…)
  • Be proactive by working in collaboration with the Region, the Maisons and HR to forecast the HC growth, editing stacking plans and adapt the workplace accordingly
  • Contracts management & BOS costs control
  • Purchasing activity, including accounting, licenses….
  • Enhance the best practises sharing (gain efficiency, streamline contract costs, number of providers, office space usage optimisation…)

Education & work experience:

  • University graduate
  • Facilities/BOS with 5 years management experience
  • Hospitably experience in hotels or luxury groups
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • People oriented and empathy

  • Diplomatic, service and result oriented
