HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
By managing effectively CS Operations activities related to the servicing of Richemont brand watches by ensuring that repairs are received, collected, transferred from/to the right locations on a daily basis, that flows in SAP are managed accordingly and rotating within the Operations department of the service centre (operations hands-on activities, spare parts management, post room).
Key responsibilities:
Operations
- Run report to identify repairs in “Cost Estimate Accepted/Refused” status
- Collect the proceeds/refusals
- Check shipping locations & sort them out accordingly
- Push the repair through the flow in SAP
- Print the worksheets & repair labels & match them with each repair
- Prepare the products to be shipped to other internal locations (manufactures or other platforms)
- Handover the products to the right departments
- Match the repairs coming back from other locations with the original paperwork
- Check where the repair must be transferred to & push the repair to the right location, physically & in SAP
- Run the report & collect repairs in "Payment received" status
- Transfer the repairs accordingly, physically & in SAP
- Run the report & check for anomalies for responsible locations & statuses
Post Room
- Open parcels, handle client products safely & process correctly as per procedures
- Record tracking details accurately to ensure security procedures are followed
- Report any discrepancies
- Collect various deliveries & items using trolleys & hand over to relevant teams
- Handover Repairs & packages to couriers
- Creation of shipping labels
- Securely pack CS repairs ready for dispatch
- Handle client products safely & process correctly as per procedures
Supply & Matching
- Manage the reception of the spare parts
- Support to replenish kitboxes (orders & fill boxes with consumable parts)
- Match the spare parts with each repair
- Adhere to security procedures at all times, know & work within the transport directive at all times.
