CONTEXT

 

We are looking for a “Unified Communications Engineer” to support the Richemont Unified Communications team in streamlining and deploying various products across our group email platform for multiple brands and regions.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

As a Unified Communications Engineer, you will help us streamlining and deploying the various initiative, tasks, projects we have in our unified communications portfolio, while adopting our Agile Methodology with a focus on the following products:

  • Messaging Environnement : Microsoft Exchange Hybrid / Online / Microsoft 365.
  • Email Security Gateway (Proofpoint, Exchange online protection).
  • Meeting room Booking/Desk Booking /Visitor Management solution.
  • Corporate Email Signature solution.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

 

  • You have technical background in products part of our UC – Messaging portfolio
  • You have a strong background in managing projects, tasks or initiatives in international and multicultural environment using Scrum Agile methodology through ITSM solutions like Jira, Confluence or Service Now.
  • You are an excellent communicator and are rigorous, which will help you building bridges with our customers from our Maisons and business stakeholders.
  • You have knowledge towards Dashboarding through Power BI and Powershell scripting.
  • You are fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
