CONTEXT 

Our Supply chain team has embarked into a journey to accelerate our digitalization and transformation of our supply chain planning bringing more efficiency, quality & real-time, based on latest technologies. 

The scope of our supply chain planning team covers various business activities: watchmaking, jewellery, Fashion & Accessories from traditional (low volume) to more industrialized practices. 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

The role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain “Operations & Services” and part of the Supply chain planning Product Area. 

As Product specialist, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, deployment and support of different components of our end-to-end Supply Chain Architecture.  You will be accountable for the improvements and delivery of the applications according to the roadmap of our “Product Owner” and guidelines of our Architects. 

Our scope of Supply Chain Planning area includes all business processes of the value chain related to sales forecast & demand management, Production planning, S&OP & Allocation decision. The related solutions covering this scope are integrated within a modern landscape (SAP, Anaplan) based on APIs and Event Driven Architecture. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• In charge of designing, deploying and supporting our solutions for our Maisons, according to our Agile practices 

• Propose the best solutions and continuously learn new skills and technologies 

• Liaise and be the key contact to integrate with other teams on all integration topics  

• Consult and advise Business users in their operations, by maintaining software updates, scaling the solutions and any type of service that keeps the systems optimized and bringing business value 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

• Master degree / Engineer with strong technical skills 

• 4+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background, in contact with supply chain planning  environments as well as in IT 

• Experience in designing business solutions based on an APS solution (Anaplan, O9, BlueYonder, SAP-APO, IBP…).  

• Hands-on project experience in supply chain projects (distribution or manufacturing) 

• Knowledge on other SAP modules such as SD-MM-LE, S/4 is a plus 

• Good understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs 

• Excellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management, peers and business stakeholders. 

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
