CONTEXT 

As a member of the L3 Authorization Team, you will ensure the respect of the global Authorization, Security & Compliance guidelines and procedures while ensuring respect of our SOD principles / Groupe rules. 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

  • Operational responsibility inside the Authorizations team of the Group Tech department at Richemont. 

  • Work closely with the Authorizations team members on one side and with the Compliance team on the other side. 

  • Define and make sure that the access to Sensitive Data through all applications – which are under the scope of the Group Tech department – are under control. Execute corrective actions in case of unauthorized access. 

  • If new applications/technology are involved, ensure Authorizations and Security aspects are taken care of in respect of our global Authorization & Compliance guidelines, procedures, and SOD principles. 

  • Participate in our Compliance and Authorization projects aiming to standardize & sustain our Authorization model such as Business Roles Retrofit, IT role redesign, Firefighter usage monitoring... 

  • Ensure that the GRC tool is up-to-date and enhance it if required. 

  • Be the key contact of the GRC team for all ITGC campaigns. 

  • Document our processes and train the Support team to help them to complete the necessary changes with respect to our change management guidelines and procedures. 

  • Identify recurring issues and propose root cause remediation. 

  • Be autonomous and proactive; able to understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps and suggest improvements. 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US? 

  • IT degree in High school or University 

  • More than 5-6 years of demonstrated experience in managing SAP authorizations (SAP GRC, SAP CUA, SAP Hana) 

  • Being experienced in managing authorizations in an integrated SAP environment (ERP, BI, eWM, GTS, Solution Manager, S4…). 

  • Strong Security oriented mindset, good understanding of least privileged and segregations of duties concepts. 

  • Strong vision on Sensitive data restrictions 

  • Experience in IT Governance Controls (ITGC) campaigns. 

  • Experience in being part of an SAP project team. 

  • Knowledge of authorizations management on other applications will be a plus. 

  • SOX Audit experience will be a plus. 

  • Some development knowledges on ABAP, SQL, VBA, Python … languages will be a plus. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to share technical ideas in business-friendly language. 

  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills. 

  • Knowing and working in the Agile methodology environment
