SAP ABAP HR Developer

 

 

MAIN PURPOSE

 

As a SAP ABAP HR Developer you will responsible for the design, development, testing and support of HR applications.

To be successful the candidate must be highly collaborative, able to effectively interact with peers, management and leadership teams, excel at cross-team initiatives and act with a sense of urgency when issues or requirements arise.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Design and develop program based on the functional requirements.

· Provide expert Subject Matter/designing thinking and functional support, including maintenance for complex activities within SAP ECC HR module.

· Prepares technical designs document and unit testing.

· Proposes, robust solution to meet the functional needs.

· Builds professional relationships with team members and clients, to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.

· Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis.

· Ability to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment

 

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOB

 

· Preliminary training

IT degree in High school or University

 

· At least 3+ years experiense with SAP core module expert knowledge and understanding including HR Human Resources: Time Management, Organizational Management, Payroll, Benefits

 

· Experience in SAP configuration within the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP-HR

 

· Strong understanding of the UI principles

 

· At least 3+ years with OData and REST API

 

· Knowledge and or strong experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, APIs, and or SAP RFC connections

 

· Must have previous experience working on international projects

 

· Languages: English and French welcome
