As part of the Cloud & DevOps Deployment Services team, you will play a pivotal role in successfully deploying applications and creating services for our clients. You will be at the forefront of our client interactions and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications using DevOps best practices and Cloud technologies. Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, discover opportunities, map vision & business requirements, and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions and services. 

  • Identify opportunities for automation and drive continuous improvement in the deployment process.  

  • Design and implement automation frameworks and deployment pipelines using cutting-edge tools and technologies.  

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance deployment practices to drive efficiency and reliability. 

  • Be autonomous and proactive; understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. 

  • Promote an automate everything approach and apply DevOps best practices to ensure consistent and transparent execution. 

  • Collaborate with the Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps Platform, and Cloud Governance and architecture teams to optimize configuration and enhance deployment efficiency, governance, and security. 

  • Contribute to the development and creation of automated services. 

  • Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to deployment services and DevOps. 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

  

• Contribute to defining standards and good practices on Richemont's applications and 

infrastructure monitoring. 

• Engage with stakeholders to discover opportunities and improvement points and map 

vision & requirements to specific products and components. 

• Actively participate in standardizing our architecture offers and contribute to 

implementing complex and intelligent automation and infrastructure as code. 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

  • More than 3-5 years of demonstrated success in acting as a Cloud & DevOps expert. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. 

  • • 3 to 5 years of experience as a DevOps/platform Engineer in an international environment. 

  • • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform, Gitlab, etc., and configuration management using either Ansible or an equivalent. 

  • • Promote an automated everything approach and apply DevOps/Gitops best practices to ensure consistent and transparent execution.   

  • • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Go 

  • • Strong experience in containerized technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

  • • Experience in Kubernetes managed cluster provided by cloud provider(Anthos, EKS, ACK). 

  • • Strong experience in complete Kubernetes cluster stack Stack: Network policy, OPA, Gatekeeper, Service mesh, Ingress gateway, Argocd, and secret management (vault). 

  • • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Alicloud, Azure is a plus) 

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code frameworks (e.g., Terraform). 

  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes (Agile, DevOps), cloud and networking concepts, and service delivery, with hands-on ability to implement best practices or suggest improvements. 

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect) would be a plus.
