MAIN PURPOSE

 

You will join the Richemont Application and Integration Platform (AIP) department to lead and animate the PEGA platform community.

Together with the Product Development team, you will integrate the Pega platform into the Richemont landscape. This includes in adopting the DevOps best practices, integration of the platform into our Identity & Access Management ecosystem, as well as defining the best practices for the PEGA platform usage.

You will empower your community and work on improving operations efficiency and reliability with an outsourced team.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Specific knowledge
    • Define and maintain roadmap with the community.
    • Patching and upgrade campaign, including tests sessions by business.
    • Define and implement a DevOps pipeline to enable our Product Organisation & Maisons to leverage this Self-Service platform to develop & deploy applications.
    • Organize regular meetings with the Platform community to foster on sharing experience, prioritise platform evolution.

 

  • Platform Management
    • Define and implement architecture in alignment with group architecture team.
    • Define and implement monitoring, availability SLA and business key indicators.
    • Define and implement processes for the platform service catalog.
    • Define and implement DRP.
    • Work with the Area Manager to define budget.

 

  • Training, Maintenance & Support
    • Training coordination and training path definition.
    • 2nd and 3rd level Support coordination.
    • Follow and report on support SLA.

 

  • Documentation
    • Create and Maintain architecture documentation.
    • Create and Maintain security pentests and processes.
    • Create and Maintain support processes.
    • Track Existing application list and their respective business owners.

 

 

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOB

 

  • Specific knowledge
    • Deep understanding of the PEGA platform.
    • Good understanding of authentication methods, Application security & DevOps practices.

                                                                                                    

  • Professional experience
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience on PEGA including:
      • Platform management
      • Development capacity

 

  • Mandatory Languages
    • Professional English
    • French is a plus

    • Ability to lead and complete projects independently, as well as be able to delegate tasks to others. Be proactive and manage expectations. Adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple clients and/or stakeholders.
    • The candidate should be able to work in a multicultural environment. Travelling required.
    • Comfortable in working in an Agile context.
    • Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as a platform leader. Able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for clients having different levels of technical background.
