MAIN PURPOSE, 

 

Richemont is looking for a talented Scrum Master to help support the delivery of Client Engagement solutions and applications to its Maisons. 

 

The Marketing Automation Scrum Master be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones.  

 

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, removing impediments, and ensuring the Marketing Automation team delivers high-quality solutions on time and within budget. A strong background in Marketing Cloud administration and development, along with proven experience in Agile methodologies, are essential assets to successfully drive our delivery activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies 

  • Collaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog 

  • Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration 

  • Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution 

  • Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints 

  • Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability. Support the Technical Team Lead in the tracking and assessment of the Agile KPI of the Product team 

  • Resilient and problem-solver, the candidate will facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices 

  • Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least one year in a Salesforce environment 

  • Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration is an asset 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills 

  • Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Fluent English required 

  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations
