As part of the IAM team your role would be as application management specialist with an “End to end" focus on IAM processes & tools.

Responsibilities: 

 

1. Azure AD (Entra ID) and Application Lifecycle Management: 

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, with a specific focus on Azure Active Directory (Entra ID). 
  • Ensure seamless development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of high-end software solutions within the Azure environment. 

 

2. Certificate Lifecycle Management: 

  • Oversee the lifecycle of digital certificates embedded in applications, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to the highest security standards. 

  • Implement and maintain certificate policies that align with Richemont security requirements. 

 

3. Single Sign-On (SSO) Integrations: 

  • Implement and manage Single Sign-On solutions to enhance user experiences and streamline access to Richemont group applications. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate SSO seamlessly into the luxury brand's digital ecosystem. 

 

4. System Monitoring and Optimization: 

  • Monitor application and Azure AD performance to maintain the highest standards of quality and luxury. 

  • Implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and elevate user experiences. 

 

5. Issue Resolution: 

  • Investigate and troubleshoot application-related issues with a focus on delivering swift and elegant solutions. 

  • Develop and maintain documentation for issue resolution processes with meticulous attention to detail. 

 

6. Security and Compliance: 

  • Implement and enforce security measures within Azure AD and applications that align with the exclusivity and privacy expectations of luxury brands. 

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to uphold the integrity of our brand. 

 

7. Vendor Management: 

  • Collaborate with external vendors to integrate third-party solutions seamlessly, ensuring they align with Azure AD and luxury brand standards. 

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools that enhance application capabilities without compromising on luxury. 

 

8. Performance Analysis: 

  • Conduct regular performance analyses with a focus on delivering a sophisticated and flawless user experience. 

  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on analysis results that align with the luxury brand image. 

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in Azure AD management, application support, and certificate lifecycle management within a luxury brand context. 

  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD, SSO integrations, and relevant technologies. 

  • Experience with certificate management and security best practices. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with an understanding of the nuances of luxury clientele. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while upholding the luxury brand ethos. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

Azure AD Certifications (Entra ID) 

  • Possession of relevant Azure AD certifications, showcasing expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies englobing Application management. 

 

Knowledge in Code Flow and Application Permissions: 

  • Proficiency in understanding and implementing code flow within Azure AD, ensuring secure and efficient application functionality. 

  • Experience in managing and configuring application permissions to maintain the highest standards of security and compliance.
