You are passionate about the digital workplace providing the end users with the best of the tools to increase their productivity and collaboration; you have a strong appetite to learn, progress and evolve continuously, building a strong relationship with our teams? Join us! 
As part of the Digital Workplace team, your role would be to bring the digital collaboration landscape to the next level. You will be responsible to maintain and develop SharePoint 2016 and Online solutions. You will also act as coordinator on the implementation of new digital workplace solutions. Up to date documentation is a key factor you will need to commit to. Also, building processes that help to offload users and the operations team.

  

CONTEXT 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

  • Develop, update and support custom SharePoint on-prem and online solutions (Enterprise Search, Business apps,...)
  • Develop, update and support custom Power Platform solutions
  • Build and update documentation to help supporting those solutions
  • Keep the platforms in scope healthy.
  • Stay up to date on potential security gaps and react when one is identified.
  • Support projects that bring added value to the business users with the power platform
  • Guide and help the business teams with their needs on the power platform.
  • Troubleshoot any business issues and liaise with the solution editor if necessary
  • Follow-up on any issues with Microsoft when necessary.
  • Coordinate Digital Workplace-related solution implementation

 

DWP Digital Collaboration engineer responsibilities you will support the business with 

  • Develop SharePoint and Power Platform based apps to help carry out Digital workplace governance.
  • Maintain and support existing solutions.
  • Be subject matter expert on digital collaboration landscape.
  • Manage priorities and SLAs.
  • Agile methodology.

Hard Skills you should have for the role

  • Strong SharePoint front-end development skills
  • Power Apps & Power Automate development skills
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills (PowerShell 7, PnP,)
  • Advanced skills on security and Modern Authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, Entra ID)
  • Strong experience on using the Microsoft Graph API
  • Proficient in using Git related commands and tooling

 

  You are / have 

  • Willingness to constantly learn and progress.  
  • Engineering school, university or polytechnic master’s in computer science, Information management – or similar working/studying experience. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering tasks related to Microsoft stack.
  • Strong capacity to analyse automation process issues and propose solutions. 
  • Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues. 
  • Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous, and passionate about computer science.
  • Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in multi-cultural context across regions.  
  • Fluent (speaking/writing) in English.

 

  A plus if you have these skills 

    • Experience in the luxury business.
    • Fluent (speaking/writing) in French.
