MAIN PURPOSE

Report directly to Customer Service Manager and handle watch repairs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Repair

To deliver excellent service quality meeting customer needs

To keep work environment and equipment in good condition to carry out repair work effectively
Able to work alone and independent
Diagnose, functional check and QC on customer request/repair
Jewellery chain resizing
Engraving laser and diamond engraving
No unauthorized watch or non-watch to be repaired in the boutique/service centre.
Not to keep any used spare parts in work station
Only authorized to repair watch that are brought in via the service centre/ boutique

Technical Assessment & Quality Control

To follow defined interventions and repair flows
All repair types: boutique stock, warehouse stock, customer repairs, distributor stock & customer repairs.

To do quality control checks after repairs before returning the watch to the administrative team

Stock Control

Do stock count when required

Event

If and when necessary, to attend event requested by brand

Polish

Do light touch up of watch if required in boutique

QUALIFICATIONS:

With watchmaking knowledge is a plus

Skills required. High Quality Repair Skill & Good Communication Skill
Behavioral competencies: Self motivated, reliable, integrity and detail-oriented.
