Richemont’s Craftsmanship Program is the first of its kind; this is a unique opportunity specially designed for bright, dynamic talents who have a passion for the art and technical process of fine jewelry and timepieces.

 

THE PROGRAMME

This is an 8-months structured training workshop, where you will have the opportunity to visit the homes of the Maison’s, in France and Switzerland and receive your training in Dubai. Here you will learn the fundamentals of watchmaking and jewelry before transitioning to the Boutique to apply the theory and develop your skills on-site. In partnership with the Cartier Institute, we will ensure you have the skills and experience to craft our watches and jewelry of the future!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will be the point of contact for technical and intervention linked questions by clients and colleagues within the boutique.
  • Product analysis and quotation – including service, options, pricing, lead times.
  • Provide repairs with quality and quantity within the promised lead times for:

Watches: bracelet, strap services, battery replacements, cleaning, maintenance, service and polishing.

Jewelry: Services supporting confirmed sales, care services, shining/cleaning, chain and ring, sizing, quick repairs, polishing, earring adjustments, clasp replacements, component exchange, engraving/engraving removal.

  • Adopt the most effective and efficient methods to replace the time spent on each intervention and quality-control tasks.

 

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • This opportunity is currently available for Turkiye Nationals holding a valid Turkiye Passport
  • Basic understanding of guidelines, technical sheets/manuals and mechanics/mechanisms.
  • 0-2 years’ work experience
  • Language requirements: proficiency in English & Turkish
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office, CAD designing (optional)
