HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

The Senior Talent Manager, Northeast Asia will work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partners to create and implement a Talent strategy for our dynamic sub-region. The core of this function is to ensure success in terms of attracting, developing, and retaining talents and to build a sustainable pipeline of both internal and external candidates for current & future roles in our organization.

  • Create and execute a talent strategy that will utilize the full potential of the market in acquiring the best talents through various innovative channels while staying in line with the global talent vision
  • Accelerate Internal mobility and talent development by driving the market’s career committee, talent review and exchanges
  • You will lead the Talent Acquisition team in the region and empower them to deliver an exceptional yet inclusive experience with the candidates
  • Ensure success by supplying both internal and external talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs, while nurturing your pipeline for long term success and succession planning purposes
  • Actively share exceptional talents and champion a collaborative way of working with the HR/ Talent community
  • Bring value in terms of strategic partnership with the business by providing market and talent insights to the business and the HR community
  • As a true agent of change, you will introduce more diversity into the organization and integrate diversity & inclusion in your long-term talent strategy
  • Participate and engage with top universities & educational partners relevant to your scope and target functions
  • Collaborate with Group Employer branding in managing and executing events to elevate attractivity of Richemont as an employer
  • You will be a purveyor of Talent and actively participate in various global or regional initiatives aimed at optimizing and elevating our function and business

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Has a track record of leading teams in fast pace & high-volume organizations. Retail/Luxury experience is a plus but is not mandatory
  • A thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle and has a proven ability to partner with key stakeholders and fulfill their recruitment needs. At the same time, this individual must have ability and willingness to be hands on when needed
  • Strong knowledge and experience in local practices and policies in Northeast Asia is an advantage
  • Flexibility/Adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization
  • Has the willingness to connect and build internal relations within HR functions and business managers
  • Ability to drive business value through innovative and effective talent initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
