ROLE

Richemont Retail Academy in Hong Kong is an internal learning institution with the vision to formulate and orchestrate the best-in-class Learning & Development (L&D) interventions to build our organizational capabilities and fuel the retail ambition of our prestigious Maisons.  Reporting to the Director of Richemont Retail Academy, you will play an instrumental role in project-managing our learning curriculum, from communication through implementation to evaluation, in collaboration with the Maison and Richemont Function key stakeholders across levels and markets.  In addition, you will contribute to the efficient operation, as well as the usage optimization, of our multi-purpose learning facilities and the flawless organization of different business and people events.

 

HOW WILL YOU ADD VALUE?

Learning Program Management

  • Support the Director of Richemont Retail Academy to establish learning schedule, program catalogue, project plan and communication matrix
  • Administer our learning curriculum and oversee the end-to-end process, including but not limited to program communication, registration, invitation, evaluation, etc
  • Monitor expenses against the agreed budget, adjust resources allocation in order to meet the learning priorities whilst observing the governance and administering the process related to budget management including purchase order, program fee recharge, expenses claims, etc
  • Optimize internal available learning resources (people, processes and tools) whilst sourcing external vendors/programs to enrich the total learning offerings
  • Support the research and instructional design of learning programs and tools, as well as translation and customization of learning materials
  • Master the learning related systems and their functionalities to maximize operational efficiency
  • Deliver induction to integrate new joiners and provide co-facilitation support to other learning programs as necessary
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders across levels, especially Human Resources and Maison Commercial/Retail/Training communities; work alongside the Director of Richemont Retail Academy to communicate the learning priorities, enlist their collective commitment, and co-create conditions for effective capability development and lasting behavioural change

 

Communication and Project Management

  • Create compelling visual-audio communication and presentation materials for learning and other business purposes, keeping abreast of and leveraging trending multi-media technology
  • Support the deployment of Retail Academy projects through close collaboration with the market Human Resources teams and vendors.
  • Compile and produce surveys, analytic/update reports, and other measures to report and track the status and impact of Retail Academy programs
  • Support ad hoc assignments and projects to build organizational capabilities

 

Learning Facilities Management

  • Manage the venue booking and optimize the occupancy of the learning facilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of the learning facilities with internal partners (General Services, Health & Safety, Information Technology) and external service agencies 
  • Act as a client-centric ambassador of Richemont Retail Academy, providing sound logistic recommendation/solution to the event organizers/hosts, guiding the service agencies to manage the appropriate physical set-up of learning facilities and maintaining a sufficient inventory of office/catering supplies, and hence contributing to the success of all on-site events

 

WHAT CALIBRE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduate with at least 2 years’ solid post-qualification experience; previous exposure to L&D responsibilities, as well as an aspiration in an L&D career, would be an advantage
  • A strong relationship builder with demonstrated ability to adapt communication approach situationally with ease in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • A well-organized project management expert comfortable with multiple priorities and operational details in a fast-paced, matrix, and multi-brand environment
  • An agile team-player with a strong collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • An avid learner with an inquisitive, receptive mind to new experiences and challenges
  • A highly computer-literate individual on major MS Office applications, especially advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • An enthusiast in new technology with strong know-how on multi-media tools and software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva)
