POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to act as a core HR business partner managing full spectrum of Human Resources deliverables to the 4 SWM Maisons with the support of HR People operation team based in Hong Kong.
This role involves collaborating with executives, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, create, and execute HR strategies and solutions that align with the requirements and priorities of the organization. Being a member of a business team, to provide advice, guidance, and assistance to employees and managers in matters related to people management and development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
HR Strategy
- Adapt and implement the HR Strategy in line with business plan for 4 SWM maisons. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation
- Formulate strategies with other HR functions on “recruit, develop and retain” Maison talents
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions
- Explore opportunities to add value to business performance
- Actively participate in the designing and implementation of a performance and sustainable organisation
Manpower Planning
- Monitor closely with the headcount movements and staffing costs to ensure it is aligned with the set forth budget
- Work with internal Sourcer to prioritize all recruitment requests, monitor all local recruitment activities in an effective and efficient manner
- Define key attributes with business team and select right profile for the Maisons
- Analyse recruitment practices, turnover, or other market conditions that may impact staffing and make appropriate adjustments
Compensation and Benefits
- Work closely with Total Rewards, provide advice to management team on C&B issues, ensure right positioning in compensation among the team and external market
- Ensure right positioning in compensation with assistance from Total Rewards expert and accurate market data (benchmark)
- Compile all data needed for the Annual Salary Review, and the Annual Performance Appraisal Analysis
- Partner with cost planners to monitor the staff cost and headcount planning, alert the management to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
- Co-ordinate with payroll team to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates’ compensation, special payments)
Talent Management
- Promote talent management concept among management population throughout the MPJ cycle, talent review process and during regular feedback sessions
- Facilitate career committee to manage talent deployment / development and mobility
- Equip management with a better understanding of learning agility approach and its implementation in assess the potential of staff
- Support management to develop and follow up of individual development plan
- Support management team to provide feedback to individual, where appropriate, with the Maison’s practices, regards with individual aspirations, develop, and follow up of individual development plan
- Drive the performance appraisal system and processes to ensure executional excellence to manage employee development and linking it with organizational objectives
Employee Relations
- Foster a conductive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
- Conduct exit and grievance interviews and share feedback and finding with Maison Heads and Department Heads
- Work with related parties on induction/orientation program to ensure new joiners can quickly adapt to the business and team
- Closely monitor and share observations/feedbacks to line managers for the whole onboarding process
- Drive and facilitate regular employee engagement survey with its action plan in place
Learning and Development
- Implement learning strategies and programs with the Maison Heads as well as Maison L&D team and APAC regional L&D. Define and evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Partner with Maison Heads and Department Heads to identify learning needs, plan & implement and monitor & evaluate the learning programs, ensure staff are equipped with adequate operation and technical skills
- Partner and interact with Richemont L&D team and external vendors/suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or learning programs to meet the business needs where appropriate
- Drive the performance appraisal system and processes to ensure executional excellence to manage employee development and linking it with business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- University graduate
- At least 6 years of all rounded retail HR experiences with sizeable companies, prefer from retail/high luxury brands
- Hands on, well organised and able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
- Ability to deal with complexity and to influence the business at any level of the organisation
