HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to our Head of Sustainability & Procurement, Asia Pacific and dotted line to our Group Responsible Sourcing Director, you will be responsible for the creation of the APAC regional Responsible Sourcing platform and play an important role in the strategic planning and execution of the Responsible Sourcing management system at a regional level.

  • Set-up the APAC Regional Responsible Sourcing Governance and drive the project to build Supply Chain ESG risk regional profile
  • Localize, develop and promote Responsible Sourcing guidelines for major indirect categories in the region  
  • Develop and maintain Supply Chains mapping and continuously improve the supply chain database, including all due diligence related information
  • Coordinate suppliers and subcontractor audit campaigns at regional level

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You shall attain master’s degree with relevant coursework in supply chain management, sustainability, business administration
  • You shall acquire at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement with responsible Sourcing related aspects and/or in the space of Supply Chain assurance services in auditing companies
  • As you will largely involve in projects, strong analytical skills, excellent project management skill and change management skills are required
  • You shall have excellent oral and written communications skills in Mandarin and English. You will gain advantage if you could speak and write in French
