HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Regional FP&A Director, APAC, the role oversees all financial aspects of assigned Maisons for markets in APAC, with key focus on the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term strategic plans, commercial decision support, network financial KPIs, investment requests and cashflow management.

The role is hands-on and pivotal in providing diligent support directly to the Business Leadership Team, preparing materials for APAC overall Business Review and advising senior leaders in financial planning, KPIs management, resources allocation optimization, investments prioritization, financial aspects of commercial management and policy compliance of the assigned Maisons. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor business trends across markets; analyse financial impacts of sales, related cost and projects planning deviations, recommend and implement necessary measures to ensure budget/forecast integrity
  • Provide insightful analysis to enable strategic and operational decisions, analysis include Maison networks and Support Functions resource case studies and business trend financial modelling
  • Alignment of budgets, forecasts and 3-Year Plans with business strategies; Ownership of financial plans, monitoring of financial targets/KPIs, and related processes
  • Diligently and hands-on performing the financial closing of few markets
  • Prepare insightful business analysis of the Region and able to effectively communicate by providing relevant presentation
  • Promote financial discipline within the organisation, ensures quality of the financial forecasts and compliance of corporate finance policies
  • Drive APAC FP&A initiatives in promoting best practices and elevating professional competency of our function
  • Work on ad hoc Finance project by bringing better functional efficiency and effectiveness

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Possess a university degree from a reputable tertiary institution
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A
  • Work experience in matrix organization is highly valued; experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • High in business acumen with strategic thinking mindset
  • Strong technical skills in managing high-volume data complexity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Show high learning agility, capable of thriving in fast-changing and dynamic market conditions
  • Possess strong stakeholder management abilities with a spirit of constructive partnership and a collaborative mindset
  • Exhibit active listening, curiosity, and sharp business acumen
