HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Work closely with the Regional Head of Buildings and Office Services (BOS), the Regional Project Manager will act as a pivotal and central coordinator to the tenancy and ensure the office buildings operate efficiently. You have strong project management, technical expertise and operations guidance and preventive maintenance recommendations for office.

  • Assist our BOS community in APAC to implement and harmonize our workplace strategy and hospitality ambition
  • Be the point of escalation for any reactive M&R
  • Provide administrative support in budgeting, reporting and make effective communication with the stakeholders
  • Liaise with Group BOS, finance, security and HR when requested to provide key data on projects, occupancies, and headcounts.
  • Work with Regional Head on rollout of new policy, guidelines & digitalization

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You shall acquire at least 5-10 years of project management experience in a corporate environment.
  • You have experience in office fitout projects and restacks and with sense of ESG/ Environment reporting
  • You have local (Hong Kong) exposure and will gain advantage if you have regional exposure
  • You are solution-oriented, adaptable and acquired critical soft skills.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, strong problem-solving skills, negotiation, and analytical skills to deal with senior stakeholders
  • If you have boutique experience, it will be a bonus to us.
