HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Our Regional Controller plays the Finance Business Partner role to drive the financial analysis practice for Richemont APAC Finance assigned Maison and support the Regional Finance Management on various business reviews and budget/ forecast preparation and presentation process
- Work on transversal financial analysis for business simulation and analysis of the APAC region
- Provide critical insight and responsible for strategic plan coordination and sales forecasts simulations for APAC executive committee
- Be a strong supporter the APAC region in effective liaison with Richemont Group & Maison management during the budget and LE process
- Support regional finance business partner to Maisons/functions to comment on, challenge and explain financial performance
- Support the finance management team to safeguard the financial objective through both P&L and assets of the Maisons/functions by analyzing financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions
- Closely monitor business trends; analyse related cost and projects planning deviations, recommend and implement necessary measures to ensure budget/forecast integrity
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You shall acquire at least 5 years of experience in FP&A/ Controlling and/or different finance functions
- Your experience in matrix organization, especially in the retail industry will be an advantage as you will be collaborate with the counterparts across APAC and HQ
- The role will largely involve data analysis and solid knowledge with SAP and BI applications including Power BI, SAP Analytics Clou would be an advantage
