MAIN PURPOSE

Execution of daily import and export shipment schedule out of HK RDC to APAC markets with adhering to Group’s service level agreement, operating procedures and transport security directive.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the internal brands, Central DC, destination offices and CSD on all import & export shipments in accordance with Group’s SOP
  • Communicate and work with forwarders to prepare shipment booking and documents for import and export matters to ensure smooth and fast delivery
  • Lodge import & export trade declaration via SAP-GTS and Tradelink
  • Process, apply and manage the stock of advance CITES permits
  • Assist Manager to monitor and review the performance and transportation cost of the service providers
  • Maintain monthly VIM report, freight report and billing database
  • Compile monthly KPI report and shipment reporting
  • Be a key user in SAP ERP, GTS and EWM
  • Support Maison’s sales and marketing activities
  • Support ad-hoc project for process continuous improvement
  • Handle filing and archiving of shipment documentations
  • Participate in freight tender and RFQ project to reduce freight cost

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma level or above
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Logistics and Airfreight industry
  • Good knowledge in international customs regulations and trade practices
  • Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
  • Diligence, high sense of responsibility, and integrity  
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business goals and deadlines
  • Proficiency in SAP and ERP system
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
