HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
 

  • The Logistics Administrator is responsible to support the daily operation and master data maintenance of Planning and Scheduling (P&S) Team. Coordinate closely with local warehouse and shipping team for order distribution.  Also, as a part of regional role to coordinate the regional scheduling for SIN, CN and KR warehouse
  • Responsible for logistics scheduling & planning of outbound deliveries, perform daily order distribution and prioritize orders in SAP
  • Be the interface with local brand colleagues in terms of scheduling, priority and shipping enquiries
  • Responsible to coordinate with local P&S users in APAC for (SIN, KR and CN) for scheduling, utilize and monitor the automation release in SAP as well as the maintenance of matrix table for automation release
  • Maintain master data in SAP including but not limited to new customer master, route, lead time and HS code deduction matrix
  • Be a key user in ERP and GTS to raise issue log and to support key user testing release in SAP
  • Support Logistics export team for the outbound activities including but not limited to prepare shipment booking, data entry to record Re-export CITES application

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
 

  • Post-secondary or above level
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in logistics and air freight industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge on SAP
  • Well versed in customer service and interpersonal skill
  • Good written and spoken English, Mandarin speaking is advantage
  • Able to work independent and a good team player
  • Flexibility to work during public holidays is required
