Internal Communication


  • Execute the regional communication plan that was set during the beginning of the year. Ensure the editorials and campaigns are planned/cascaded and published for the respective audiences through different channels. This will require coordination with other teams within the Richemont Functions i.e., Benefits/People Experience/BOS/DE&I etc. for local or global events accordingly.
  • The role also requires the regional communication owner to act as the communication adviser for Maisons and Richemont Regional Functions as well as offer tactical support in promoting internal updates and achievements.
  • Execute the leadership communication strategy including the scripting of key messages for email circulation and/or Yammer on behalf of regional CEO and ExCo, as well as organizing the APAC Town Hall.
  • Coordinate with the market IC Ambassadors on a monthly basis to cascade communication messages and organize an active exchange of topics identify the strategic messaging which employees need to be aligned to, signed up to and motivated to deliver. This may also include crisis communication for all regional internal audiences.
  • The regional communication owner holds the key relationship with the global HQ Richemont communication team in Geneva. This will require collaboration on key topics originating from the HQ as well as being the regional champion to promote our corporate communication tools.




  • Ensure the timely publication of the APAC sustainability newsletter and support the content planning for the editorial articles.
  • Coordinate with markets on the execution of local CSR/Volunteering activities, and plan APAC-wide activations, as and when required.


Skills required

  • BA or master’s degree in communication, digital media, visual communications, journalism or a related program; at least 5 years’ experience in an internal communications, PR or corporate communications function, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders (regionally and market).
  • Able to work comfortably in English. Additional European or non-European language will be an advantage
