HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Our HRBP will play an important role to manage both the office and retail populations based in Hong Kong and Macau. The primary focus of this role is to be a trusted advisor to the team and respective business leaders, delivering HR initiatives driven locally or from headquarter. The successful candidate should be a self-starter who is resilient, and able to work with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Senior HR Manager.

 

Business Partnering

  • Have a good understanding of the business and strategy; establish a strong partnership with your stakeholders across all levels
  • Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization
  • Advise business on workforce planning, work closely with respective managers to formulate a workforce plan to cope with business growth
  • Drive Organization Talent Review to identify the retention plan for key talents and succession planning
  • Handle all employee related matters, guide managers on employee complaints, disciplinaries or other disruptions
  • Provide HR advice to employees, such as internal policies, benefits or other HR related matters
  • Identify and advise on relevant Development tools as part of talent management to elevate competencies to optimize business needs.

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Work closely with NEA C&B team on salary benchmarking exercise, make recommendations based on market data and organizations’ priorities
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify risks and opportunities, make recommendations for action plan
  • Keep track of HR budget, ensure headcount and costs are aligned with the budget plan
  • Drive annual Performance Management Process, to create a strong feedback culture within the Maison
  • Work with HR Operations team on payroll, contractual and policies related matters

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Be a subject matter expert within respective departments to advice/consult on the shortlisting of candidates for the business
  • Partner with the TA team on recruitment, will be involved in interviewing, derivation and recommendation on salary proposal and negotiation of offer to candidates
  • Keep track on recruitment process, update stakeholders on a timely manner
  • Manage the onboarding process for ensuring an exceptional (or first-class) employee journey experience 
  • Foster strong talent network within related industry for future opportunities.

 

Employee Engagement and DE&I

  • Drive and deliver the planned calendar for engagement and wellness programs
  • Assist in the employee pulse survey, work with both managers and employees on actions plan
  • Partner with Internal Communication team to strengthen the employee communication and engagement
  • Work with HQ to drive DE&I projects and activities locally

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a HRBP from sizeable multi-national companies, preferably from famous retail/high luxury brands
  • Experience from C&B scopes, strong in numerical skill and data analysis
  • Fluent in English communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic mindset
  • Able to handle matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SAP or Workday would be an advantage

 

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US
