- Identify existing inefficient finance processes. Proactively look for opportunities and solutions to optimise and automate the business processes
- Propose and examine the feasibility of potential applications according to business requests
- Effectively deploy project management toolkit to ensure quality roll out of finance project in APAC markets
- Understand the current set up, scope, output in local market. Understand the benchmark in other region/market with similar structure
- Define project scope, produce and communicate the project plan i.e what, who, when, how
- Execute the project plan and monitor the progress
- Timely report the status update and potential issues to management
- Support on regional guideline and workflow documentation
- Support on change management
- Follow up and provide hyper care after projects roll out
- Stand out as a finance leader to engage and get buy-in from multiple stakeholders like local markets, L2 & L3, external consultant, BPO, sponsors, steering committee and drive the project succeed
- Anticipate challenge and continuously identify improvement areas
- Maintain or create proper documentation such as various workflows, training materials, change management, SOPs etc
- Lead and facilitate the Key User Tests. Ensure work progress according to schedule with expected results achieved
- Coordinate the support and knowledge transfer from go live market to roll out market in an effective way
- Follow up the project sign off issues and close the incidents after project go live
