MAIN PURPOSE

Support an effective and efficient customer services operation flow in billing request and registration

 

KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key result area 1: Operation Performance Indicator

  • To aim excellence level for Customer Service operations
  • To drive for operations efficiency to meet the customer satisfaction

Key result area 2: Invoicing support in billing request

  • To meet the KPI of the invoicing task daily
  • To complete the invoicing task with aesthetical checking, brand policies implementation and spare parts return or recycle daily
  • To offer service in qualitative manner

Key result area 3: Administrative Support in Registration Team

  • To meet the KPI of SAP registration the repairing products sent from wholesalers and export markets daily
  • To pass the registered products to technical team for diagnosis daily
  • To offer service in qualitative manner

Key result area 4: Administrative support in Boutique Repairs Checking

  • To meet the KPI by ensuring the repairs registration accuracy in SAP aligned with brand policies and guidelines sent from local boutiques and intercompany platforms daily
  • To pass the checked boutiques / intercompany registered products to technical team for diagnosis daily
  • To work with related team to pass the repairing products to next team for further processing daily

 

Key result area  5: Ad hoc Task Support

  • To support ad hoc task assignment

 

JOB PROFILE

  • Education: University graduates or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years Operations/ Customer Service experience
  • Skills required :
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS applications
  • Experience in SAP ERP system is highly preferred and
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • Behavioral competencies:
  • Strong adaptability
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Independent with open-minded spirit
  • Result and action oriented

 

Luxury Industry Experience is preferred
