HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Our Assistant Manager, Total Reward, North East Asia plays an important role in providing analytical and consultative support to diverse multi-market stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring all total rewards programs are aligned with corporate objectives that are effective in attracting and retaining key talent, complying with local legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Compensation Management

  • Key contributor to the delivery of cyclical compensation activities including annual compensation review, survey participation, salary benchmarking, compensation reporting, etc.
  • Support in developing long-term objectives for compensation strategies and benefits programs in line with Group and APAC guidance

 

Benefit Management

  • Contribute to the delivery of cyclical benefit activities including benefits renewal, benefits inventory, etc. in partnership with HR Operation and HRBP teams
  • Support in designing, recommending, and implementing benefit and wellness programs. Analyze and evaluate the current benefits efficiency and identifying areas for continuous improvement

 

Reward Communication, Operational Excellence, and other Reward Projects

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the reward projects such as HR compliance matters, Workday implementation, Internal grading, company's benefits package, compensation, and merit process by working with stakeholders on communication
  • You will be required to lead some rewards projects/processes, as assigned

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You shall acquire at least 4 years of experience in a complex and fast-paced company and strong in numerical and analytical skills from HR/ Finance Generalist role
  • You are able to handle highly confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • You are capable of managing multiple projects, working well under pressure and demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • You are result-oriented and committed to delivering on commitments
