Regional Facilities Manager (APAC ex. Japan)

Ensure boutique / buildings operational efficiency, act as a pivotal and central coordinator to the tenancy. Provide technical expertise, operations guidance, and preventive maintenance recommendations for both boutique and office. Works with Regional Head of Buildings and Offices Services located in HK.


Candidates with less experience will be considered as HKMO Facilities Manager


General Overview

  • Administrative support: budgeting, reporting and communication
  • Project management: strategic planning to oversee boutique M&R and Workplace 4.0 implementation
  • CSR / Environment reporting and experience
  • Work with Regional Head on rollout of new policy and guidelines


Operation and Maintenance Management (boutique / workplace)

  • Manage external contractors to ensure satisfactory execution of SLA
  • Management of ad-hoc requests (repair & maintenance services etc.)
  • Responsible for technical rules and local regulations
  • Liaise with authorities for building compliance
  • Ensure effective procurement and maintenance of services


Workplace (New Ways of Working)

  • Maintain hoteling standards (housekeeping, front office, back office…)
  • Ambassador for Workplace 4.0 implementation
  • Promote alternative working behaviors
  • Experience in desk booking & ticketing implementation


Skills / Experience

  • +5 years operational experience in corporate environment with emphasis on integrated real estate services
  • Critical soft skills and service-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to deal with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving in complex situations and present topics
