GEMINI REGIONAL KEY USER - GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS
PRIMARY DUTIES
SAP Regional Key User is an Expert in all Logistics & Distribution processes that are supported by SAP (specifically eWM, Processweaver, FTZ messages). The position is responsible for managing all SAP related Testing for Richemont Americas (Dallas, NY, NJ, Canada, Mexico & Brazil) to ensure system is functioning as intended. In addition, the position is also responsible for generating Enhancement requests to current functionality and to support future business needs.
The position acts as a liaison between business and IT (level II & level III) for all SAP related incidents, to prioritize them and help resolve blocking situations and address root cause.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage business tasks for maintenance cycles, releases and rollouts:
- Enhancement Request (ER) Management:
- Analyse with RNA LE Key-Users & with regional L2 IT all enhancement requests (ER) which requires SAP/Gemini modification. Validate ER’s, explain in detail & provide all necessary information to allow the modification to be done.
- Maintenance Cycle:
- Liaise with regional L2 IT and with central business coordinator for the content of maintenance cycles and releases to identify who, what and how to conduct tests and analyse test results.
- Prepare Logistics test package specific to the Region and document test results.
- Organize testing schedule with Key-Users to ensure successful completion of all test cases by given deadline.
- Communicate, prepare & train Logistics business team for new system functionality prior to Go Live, and ensure smooth Go Live
Support the organization of the Key-user function in the Region:
- Ensure all necessary key-users for the region are appointed and competent to cover the logistics scope.
- Train key-users on their roles and how to work on the testing landscape (PM1, Pre-Production, Quality).
- Act as a backup for key-users
Daily Operational Support
- Analyze all incidents with regional L2 IT in order to:
- Identify potential system enhancements.

- Identify incidents due to End/Key-Users lack of training, then organize End-Users training with Key-Users.
- Prioritize incidents according to the criticality to the business.
- Work closely with other modules for errors generated by them.
Regional OneWiki Contents
- Manage the regional wiki logistics portal.
- Work with central and other region to identify:
- Documentation under central control (common to all regions).
- Documentation under local control (regional specific).
- Document writing priorities and contributors.
Projects & New Business Models
- Participate in Projects which will impact business processes and subsequently SAP flows.
- Participate in SAP Retrofit planning and execution.
- Participate in Logistics Forums to enhance Global template optimization for Logistics processes.
JOB PROFILE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Required Experience:
- +5 years work experience in a complex distribution center environment utilizing SAP EWM/WM modules.
- SAP R/3 with strong EWM/WM specialization; good knowledge of SAP Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay, etc
Technical Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Access, Project)
- Continuous improvement mindset with a thirst for learning and finding new and innovative solutions to complex issues.
- Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to perform analyses and identify solutions to resolve specific distribution and logistics needs.
- Proven project management experience a plus
