Your mission:

 

To shape the future of luxury from our HQ market.  

 

You will be the right person to lead our HR function for the commercial market in the home of the Richemont group covering a network present in two top 10 global retail cities if you are:  

 

  • Curious and excited to cultivate a unique environment that allows our people to grow as ambassadors of the group and its maisons and reimagine the relationship we have with our customers
  • Able to bring efficiency and focus to talent integration, talent performance and talent development to deliver long term value for the organisation

You will be successful in the role by:

 

  • Working with your local management to develop and implement a people strategy based on a clear vision
  • Using digital platforms and practices to manage HR operations for a scope covering four zones and cultures across Switzerland
  • Thinking and acting as an exemplary manager to lead and coach your HR team of six people
  • Successfully managing your HR budget to ensure investments deliver measurable impact
  • Building a connected network of talent and delivering targeted learning and development solutions to them to ensure the organisation is prepared for tomorrow

 

Your daily partners:

 

  • You will work closely with your local management team covering corporate functions, customer service and Maison commercial teams that partner together to develop a successful and iconic market
  • Your direct HR team of HR Business Partners, Talent Sourcer and HR Coordinator will challenge you to contribute to building innovative solutions to a complex people environment.  We manage a scope covering over 350 employees in 11 maisons and Richemont teams with a presence across Switzerland.
  • You will integrate into the Richemont Europe family where digitalization, sharing and communication and diversity are key principles
  • The global HR team from our maisons and Richemont teams will rely on you to focus on identifying value adding opportunities across all areas of the HR strategy

 

Your invaluable skills we are looking for:

 

  • You are recognised and respected for successfully balancing change and sustainability across people and culture in a commercial environment
  • You are comfortable communicating in French and English and ideally also in German
  • You are strategic and pragmatic, autonomous and collaborative , hands-on and able to take a step back at the right time
  • You enjoy partnering with diverse stakeholders and leading complex business discussions
  • You like proximity to people and are willing to travel to some of our most iconic locations in Geneva, Fribourg, Zurich and others
