Your mission


To shape the future of luxury from our HQ market.  You will be the right person to join our team to work alongside a selection of maisons present in two top 10 global retail cities in the home of the Richemont group if you are:  

 

  • Able to bring efficiency and focus to talent integration, talent performance  and talent development to deliver long term value for the organisation 
  • A real team contributor who will stretch and challenge our perspective to ensure we stay ahead of the curve and deliver cultural modernisation across the Swiss market teams and the wider organisation
  • Able to share, communicate and collaborate across diverse teams in and outside of HR to deliver tangible change to the organisation 

 

You will be successful in the role by :

 

  • Building and implementing the HR Strategy in line with the Maisons business plans in order to reach our commercial ambitions and embedding a talent oriented agenda that goes beyond processes and plans for the long term needs of the organization and our people
  • Integrating the right talent for our teams in collaboration with our Talent Sourcer and Line Managers
  • Contributing to a culture of curiosity and learning across our teams by implementing learning strategies and programs with the central L&D team and delivering development solutions that build high performing teams
  • Proactively managing the HR cost, budgets and reward process for your portfolio
  • Building proximity with teams and communicating with managers and employees from our Maisons all over Switzerland
  • Looking at digital solutions to help us build continuous improvement in our ways of working

Your invaluable skills we are looking for

 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and you can demonstrate you have experience of  putting talent at the top of the agenda in a fast paced contemporary environment
  • You have a cultural agility that allows you to collaborate with remote teams across the market and are comfortable leading complex discussions in French and English.  If you can do it in German as well this is a plus
  • You are credible in business discussions and can easily articulate the connection between people and commercial strategies and use data to support your reasoning
  • You are able to find pragmatic solutions in your day to day work and can engage, motivate and influence people to ensure that they are delivered effectively
  • You are flexible, not afraid to use your judgement in difficult situations and are always there to support your colleagues
  • You are open to travel across Switzerland from a Geneva base
