Richemont is looking for an IT Sourcing Manager


You report to the Head of Technology Procurement and support Group Technology teams to optimize and execute sourcing strategies for IT categories, such as hardware, software and professional services, that deliver best value in terms of quality, service and total cost of ownership.



Contribute to global category management:

  • Provide category intelligence and procurement expertise (category knowledge, spend and risks analysis, market knowledge, best practices)
  • Contribute to implement the categories strategy across the perimeter
  • Setup and manage preferred suppliers
  • Launch and manage value creation initiatives
  • Monitor and report performance


Support stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities:

  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and advise them in sourcing strategies
  • Contribute actively to the definition of requirements and perform procurement actions in accordance with Group policies
  • Negotiate the best conditions TCO wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA, …)
  • Provide procurement support for the duration of projects
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage supplier relationships, business reviews and continuous improvement



You are a procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in IT procurement categories in an international and structured environment. You have strong negotiation skills and are capable to engage with different kinds of suppliers.


You act as a team player to create the right dynamic to achieve the defined objectives and deliver the best value.


You have excellent communication skills and are capable to engage, influence and work with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging and fast-evolving environment to build and drive collaborations, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results.


You are curious and capable to think outside the box to provide creative solutions.


You are autonomous, structured and have excellent analytical skills.


You are fluent in both English and French.
