Senior HR Digital Solution Manager Europe

 

We are looking for a Senior HR Digital Solution Manager Europe interested by the impact technologies can have on human experience. This position is part of our Europe HR team, based in Geneva.

In this new role, you will be responsible for shaping the perfect digital solutions overcoming our business challenges.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Contribute to shape the evolution of our HR digital ecosystem:

 

  • Evaluate, understand, and translate our business and local HR needs into accurate and detailed business requirements.

  • Partner with Richemont Group HR and Group HRIS teams to deliver our needs

  • Support the implementation of HR digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Make connections across systems process, design, configuration, customization, and integration to ensure business needs are considered and met.

  • Create recommendations that set the standard for excellence and best practice with HR process and technology solutions.

  • Recommend improvements/optimization to current systems/processes and plan together with the Product Owner the implementation of these improvements

  • Keep up to date on emerging technologies in the Digital HR space

  • Functional management of country local platform

 

2. Support and Upskill HR Community on HR applications

 

SUPPORT

  • Provide support to HR users on global and local HR process & tools

  • Follow and manage issues and enhancement requests

  • Communicate regular releases, application updates, new features, issues to local HR

  • Perform tests for global and local needs linked to Workday releases

 

UPSKILL

  • Establish change management and training programs that accelerate end user empowerment

  • Design support documentation

  • Define appropriate communication channels

  • Continuously listen to end user feedback to constantly adapt the change management and training approach

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB/ROLE?

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Digital HR

  • You have in-depth knowledge of HR processes, ways of working, and best practices

  • You possess experience with managing Workday

  • You are at ease with SAP HCM system and its complex data model

  • You are able to balance detail and high-level stakes to operate at both tactical and strategic level

  • You are enthusiast about digitalization and have a strong interest in process improvement methodologies

  • You have experience in project management

  • You possess excellent written & communication skills

  • You possess strong analytical skills and to structure and optimize business requirements

  • You are an open and pro-active team player with a high level of personal integrity and energy

  • You are fluent in English and French
