CONTEXT

Omnichannel Team is part of the Richemont Global Digital Distribution department. We are looking for an intern for a 6 months mission to support the core team on diverse omnichannel projects, analyses and change management activities.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Project Support

  • Support diverse digital and omnichannel projects during planning, development and implementation stages
  • Support project related change management with training materials and video guides creation
  • Maintain and structure internal wiki systems with project status updates and relevant information

Analysis

  • Maintain and enhance existing omnichannel dashboard as well as manage KPIs definition
  • Support business with actionable data insights and reporting
  • Conduct on-demand market valuations and benchmarking analyses

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

We are looking for a highly motivated, goal orientated individual, who is able to work independently and is passionate about the digital world.

•              You hold an Engineer or Business Master Degree, ideally with some working experience.

•              You are familiar with data analytics tools and master Excel

•              You are able to create business analysis & insights coming from data

•              You have strong competence in the latest digital trends and familiar with e-commerce processes

•              You are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems

•              You have strong analytical as well as communication skills (English)

•              You are available for 6 months as of January 2022
