HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT


As our Group Talent Intern, you will support our team on global Talent strategic projects and you will support our Group Talent Operations Senior Manager in ensuring our Talent community has a good understanding of our tools, systems and methodologies to reach operational success. 

 

This role reports to the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager and collaborates with our Group Talent team.

 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • You will coordinate initiatives and projects that ensure we co-drive the Talent transformation into the future together.
  • You will collaborate with Group Talent team, Maisons, Regions & functions on various initiatives, ensuring we create appropriate materials and update our toolkits for all our HR population.
  • You will be supporting analytics and reporting initiatives, and will assist in data analysis to track our successes.
  • You will support activities linked to our Talent processes, run analysis and review on our Talent programs and tools.
  • You will support our Talent training activities on Talent and tools.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

 

  • You have an educational background in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration or similar
  • You are at ease with technology, and enjoy working with data 
  • You are structured and organized with the ability to deal with multiple topics and managing projects
  • You have a business mindset, always thinking of opportunities to improve the status quo
  • You have an excellent written and oral English language skills, another language is a plus
  • You are able to plan, coordinate and react quickly to changes, to prioritize and manage your own workload
  • You describe yourself with high attention to details
  • You are able to commit to a 6-months internship starting 1st July
  • You have an internship agreement with your school/university
