Group Talent Director Fashion & Accessories

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an integral member of the Group Talent team, you will be responsible for driving the Talent strategy for the Fashion & Accessories Maisons and Division in close collaboration with the Division Head, the Maisons CEOs/HRD and their Talent teams in line with their business aspirations to address current and future talent needs. You will report to the Group Talent Director
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Talent Management
- Lead Fashion & Accessories cross-Maison talent projects in line with the divisions global business evolution (e.g. CCO, Brand Managers and Future Brand Managers, Creatives)
- Build strong internal/external talent pipeline and succession plans for senior management roles in the division (e.g. for EXCOs and GM/Brand Managers roles)
- Monitor Fashion & Accessories talent pool at Maisons’ HQ and Regions levels, and help organize their career development plans across the Group
- Facilitate internal mobility for senior management employees in Fashion & Accessories Maisons across other parts of the organization
- Support and follow up on People Review process with each of the Fashion & Accessories Maison
- Represent Fashion & Accessories Maisons in various Global Talent Exchanges and HR Meetings
- Work closely with the Maisons HRD and in-house Executive Recruitment team to hire the best external talents for Maison EXCO positions and senior positions in the Division
- Work closely with Group Talent and Group HR team and facilitate Group initiatives in the Fashion & Accessories division
- Bring innovation and improvement process mindset
- Contribute to Group Talent projects and to the overall progress of the Talent function with an inclusive, proactive and collaborative approach
- Provide intelligence, insights and best practices in the talent area from the outside word especially in the watch area
- Use data and workforce analytics as base for Talent decisions
HRD community
- Animate the Fashion & Accessories HRD community and organize regular HRD meetings on common priorities and projects
- Support the extended Fashion & Accessories division team (Fashion & Accessories representatives in the markets) in collaboration with the other Group HR functions
- Contribute to other projects in line with the Division business needs
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You have at least 10 years of international HR experiences, ideally in the following practices: Talent Management, Talent Assessment and Development, HR Business Partnering, Organization Development
You are an experienced and highly professional individual with the below skills:
- Fashion/Accessories/Retail background
- Digital savvy to leverage technology to increase the impact of the Talent function
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building
- Commitment to operational excellence and strategic thinking
- Strong in stakeholder management and project management skill
- Results oriented and flexible
- At ease in matrix organization and strong ability in navigating in complex, fast paced, diverse & challenging environments
- Open, creative, positive
- Global mindset and experience
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
