DATA PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN

ABOUT THE JOB

 

As a key player in Richemont’s data transformation journey led by the Group Data Office, the Data Project Manager Intern will support the enablement of our Maisons, Functions, Divisions and Regions in their capacity to manage and leverage their data securely, autonomously and at scale.

Within the Data Enablement team and reporting to our Data Program Manager, the ideal candidate will support in the organization and orchestration of the transformation program for our business entities, focusing on change management, communication, and training coordination.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

  • In line with our Group’s data strategy and our Data Academy program, assess communication and training needs, from data culture to technical upskilling, across our Maisons, Regions and Functions.
  • Orchestrate our training and communication plan working closely alongside Data Office team members and key stakeholders.  
  • Work with our internal and external partners to define the communication and training roadmaps, plan resources accordingly.
  • Implement best practices regarding our learning platform, community animation, and communication channels.
  • Identify, monitor, manage risks and dependencies on enablement and upskilling plans for our Maisons, Regions and Functions.
  • Share specific or technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and partners.
  • Plan, manage and deliver assigned projects according to expectations.
  • Manage stakeholders through clear communication and relevant project committees and steering instances.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or data related field.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in data, cloud, and related technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and/or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a project management or data related role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships within the team and across the organization.
  • Proven creativity and analytical thinking, ability to break down complex tasks.
  • Demonstrated willingness to seek new knowledge and applying it to work activities and responsibilities.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for this role. French is a plus.
  • Luxury or retail business know-how is a plus.
  • You are available for a 6-month internship
  • You have an internship agreement with your school/university
