The Business Performance Analyst reports to the Regional Business Performance Senior Analyst, within the Technology & Business Performance department. The position is based in Meyrin (Geneva), in our ‘Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie’.

 

Duration: 12 months (fixed term)

Scope: All Maisons, markets and functions within Richemont Europe (Benelux, France, Iberia, Italy, Northern Europe, Switzerland, UK)

 

PURPOSE

 

You will be part of an exciting journey aiming at helping our Group and Maisons in Europe make data driven decisions, by analysing and interpreting large datasets, identifying trends and insights, empowering our community, while ensuring data quality.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

 

Reporting

- Prepare recurrent reports for our management ensuring highest level of quality

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to address our stakeholders’ business needs

- Ensure the monthly update of our regional Business Intelligence dashboard in Power BI (macro-economic indicators)

- Ensure the monthly update of our Network Monitoring dashboard in Power BI, for a proper follow up of our European network and all upcoming projects

- Help Regional Business Performance Senior Analyst in the development of new reports and the enhancement of existing ones, to answer identified business needs

- Support in the development of a transversal dashboard for our regional functions, following main activity drivers and KPIs

Data Quality

- Perform regular cleaning campaigns to ensure the quality of our database

Adoption

- Support the Regional Business Performance Senior Analyst in the preparation and delivery of different actions, aiming at a maximized adoption of our BI tools from our community (ex. trainings, onboarding, glossaries, market visits, regular communication in our internal social channel)

 

SKILLS

- Business Analyst profile

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel skills mandatory)

- Strong analytical skills: ability to collect, organize, analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Proactive, show good judgement and come with suggestions & ideas

- Experience with Data visualisation (Data Science is a plus)

- Fluent in English, any other European language a plus
