CONTEXT

 

As an 6-month intern at La Boutique, you will be working in a changing environment and will be in direct communication with employees and VIPs.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

During your internship, you will: 

 

  • Promote, place, and sell the products from our Maisons, as well as control the billing process (during opening hours). 
  • Monitor and coordinate the deliveries
  • Oversee the Richemont Customer Service (RCS)
  • Support the implementation of processes
  • Develop solutions to improve the Boutique's operational effectiveness
  • Support private sales events
  • Managing the inventory both physically and digitally and execute data entry in our system
  • Assist on daily operations and requests

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor program in hospitality management
  • You have previous internship experience in the luxury industry
  • You are flexible and proactive
  • You are comfortable working in teams but can also manage to work on you own
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms
  • You have a curious mind and can think out of the box
  • Your work is organized and well structured 
  • You want to develop administrative skills and bring new ideas
  • You are fluent in French and English, any additional language is a plus
  • You are elligible to an internship agreement
  • You are available for a 6-month internship starting on 5.08.2024
