Richemont’s Emirati Graduate Leadership Program is a unique platform specially designed for bright, young, and passionate fresh graduates like you who want to shape their careers. This program provides accelerated career and learning opportunities to develop bright young talent and guide them into future leaders. The trainee will undergo a 24-months structured learning program which consists of 3x8 months rotations with the possibility of a full-time opportunity within the group upon successful completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations :
- Participating in 24-months program including 3 rotational assignments
- Actively engage and participate in training assignments
- Shadow experienced employees to acquire knowledge
- Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and real job responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization by constantly providing a fresh perspective and solutions to existing business challenges and opportunities
- Constantly seek feedback and work on areas of development through the course of the program
- Regular reviews with Senior Management regarding continuous development
- Demonstrate the highest levels of work ethics and personal integrity
As a member of the Wholesale Team at Montblanc (first rotation), you will:
- Consolidate sell-out data that is collected by Area Managers on a monthly basis from partners across the region
- Ensure that sell-out data is uploaded on Booster in an accurate and timely manner
- Follow-up with relevant stakeholders to ensure novelty orders are properly transferred from JOOR to SAP
- Review created doors per partner on SAP and ensure that all active doors are accurately recorded in the system and match with the regional network tracker
- Constantly updating the project tracker with openings, renovations, and closures planned across the region
- Assist the team with preparations for upcoming events and showrooms
- Manage the team agenda and update it with market visits, business travels, regional events, etc.
Experience and Qualification Required
- This opportunity is currently available for UAE Nationals holding a valid UAE Passport & Family book
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Language requirement - Proficiency in English & Arabic
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in priority)
