MAIN PURPOSE

 

Support the Wholesale function in the region through strong collaboration with partners, timely execution of administrative activities, optimizing logistic flows and maintaining operational efficiency.

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Managing Orders

  • Constant communication with key contacts to update on current and future status (delivery updates, shipping details, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the shipping team in terms of the shipping docs
  • Enquiries & analysis related to shipments
  • Manage the shipment discrepancies
  • Manage ad-hoc orders if needed from the partners
  • Support in developing the standard operating procedure for the function
  • Maintaining trackers of all client and product information
  • Support in resolving client complaints/ payment issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • After sales activities - coordinate with clients on the repair statistics

 

Reporting, Planning and Analysing

  • Prepare and consolidate stock reports of clients on quarterly basis
  • Consolidate the monthly sales report from the partners
  • Preparation of reports: Stock, Sales (sell-in / sell-out) and any other operational reports as required
  • Issue a seasonal detailed report on the orders placed by partners
  • Assist the Wholesale Manager in presentations with key metrics

 

Finance

  • Obtain the financial statement as per clients
  • Track receivables and overdues from partners and communicate the same with partners consistently and in a timely manner

 

JOB PROFILE

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Multi-national company experience preferred
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment

 

 

Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); Arabic and French is an advantage
  • Strong reporting and analyses; ability to draw conclusions from numbers and present effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, including very strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
