The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Management Manager MEIA to implement the Talent Acquisition strategy for our organization in the region/ Maison. The core of this function is to ensure local success in terms of identifying, sourcing, pre-assessing and hiring for current & future roles, ensuring a constant talent pipeline for our organization.

Our Talent Acquisition Partners are change agents for conceptualizing and driving a new wave of proactive sourcing for recruitment, by embracing and spreading new practices and behaviors among the HR community, and ensuring a strategic approach to anticipating & filling staffing needs. 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, engage and animate a pipeline of candidates

for the diverse roles in the organization; they will also define the optimized direct sourcing strategy and apply it to their region, which will include defining the channels of the search for the region/market. They will work closely with Maison as a strategic business partner to create and drive an integrated strategy that will encompass all channels of sourcing to provide the best talents. 

Success in this role will be demonstrated by effective adoption and execution of the group Talent Acquisition strategy and the value-add to the business reality. 

In summary, the Talent Acquisition Partner is the Richemont/Brand ambassador who drives the candidate experience and ensures we have a rich candidate pipeline to support business strategy. 

The mission lasts for 6 months with an opportunity to become permanent after (based on performance).




  1. Responsible for the local TA strategy that will utilize the full potential of the market in getting the best talent (including defining sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with the business, and upkeeping quality of advertising opportunities via social media), while staying in line with the global TA vision. 
  2. Ensure local success by supplying external talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs, while nurturing your pipelines for long-term success and external succession planning purposes. 
  3. Nurture your diverse networks and pipelines to ensure high interest in passive candidates, and personal quality experience. 
  4. Actively share exceptional talent within the TA community globally, ensuring you maintain good transparency in terms of notes in the system & LinkedIn. Fully supporting One Team way of working of the Talent Acquisition community. 
  5. Bring value in terms of a strategic partnership with the business, providing market and talent insights to Hiring Managers and the HR community, to help drive long-term success. 
  6. As a true agent of change, you are the first to act in terms of introducing more diversity into the organization. Ensure you present diverse talents, integrate diversity & inclusion in your long-term strategy, and actively search for ways to increase the diversity of talent we hire. 
  7. As an internal sourcing expert, you are in charge of proactive searching in our database and via external channels for talents of diverse backgrounds that will enrich our organization.
  8. Participate and engage with University & School partners relevant to your scope and target functions. Collaborating with the relevant Group function in managing and executing relating events to elevate the attractivity of Richemont as an employer.  
  9. Be the ambassador / first point of contact for the candidate and deliver impactful Richemont message to attract, connect and engage with candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and pre-assessment process.
  10. Ensure quality candidates by contributing towards the recruitment process by
    1. Participating in the launch of recruitment with line manager & HR BP and job description (and job ad) alignment.
    2. A thorough pre-assessment to identify the best skilled and best-fit candidates for further interview.
    3. Formalization of short written feedback provided in the central ATS to be available to the HRBP.
    4. Enter the shortlisted candidate profiles in the recruitment SAP system.
  11. Should be capable of managing a CRM online system in the near future in order to keep alive and nurture the candidate relationship experience.
  12. Use our systems and tools diligently and responsibly to ensure long-term healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency in the TA community. 
  13. You are the main ambassador of the One Team approach of TA by remaining active in various global or regional initiatives aimed at optimizing and elevating our function and business.

The right skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to engage and convince potential passive candidates.
  • Is able to Master Boolean Research.
  • Is able to navigate and Master the various online and offline sourcing channels.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic preferred.
