Sales Associate, Fashion & Accessories – UAE National

 

 

Location:                          Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Boutique Based

Reporting To:                 Boutique Manager

 

 

Main Purpose

The Sales Associate will provide personalized and high-end customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience. This includes building strong relationships with clients, offering expert product knowledge, and maintaining the boutique's upscale image. Sales associates are responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the boutique.
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the maisons' products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and products are displayed attractively.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
  • Passion for fashion and accessories with a keen eye for style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Flexibility with retail working hours.
